Due to the nature of digital software and professional IT services, our refund policy is governed by the following points:

Digital Software Sales
 
Once a software license key or download link has been provided and activated, no refunds will be issued.

Custom Development Milestones
 
For custom software projects, payments are made based on milestones. Refunds are only available for milestones that have not yet been started.

Initial Consultation/Setup Fees
 
Initial setup fees, server configuration costs, and consultation charges are non-refundable.

Service Non-Performance
 
If we are unable to deliver a specific service as outlined in a signed contract due to our own technical failure, a partial or full refund may be issued for that specific component.

Request Period
 
Any claim regarding software defects or service dissatisfaction must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

Subscription Services
 
Monthly or annual IT support subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be given for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.

Hardware Components
 
If your service includes hardware (e.g., servers or routers), these are subject to the original manufacturerโ€™s warranty and return policy.

Client Errors
 
No refunds are provided if the software is incompatible with the client’s hardware if the requirements were clearly stated beforehand.Refund Processing
 
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15 business days.
 Administrative Fees
 
A 10% administrative fee may be deducted from any approved refund to cover transaction and processing costs.
