As a software and IT firm, «shipping» refers to the digital delivery of products and the onsite deployment of services.
Digital Delivery
Software licenses and download links are typically delivered via the registered email address within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Direct Installation
For clients in Naushera Khushab and surrounding areas, we offer onsite installation at our office or the client’s location (subject to travel fees).
Remote Deployment
We utilize secure remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) to install and configure software for clients across Pakistan.
Delivery Verification
Delivery is considered complete once the client receives the license key or the software is successfully installed and verified.
Project Timelines
Custom software development timelines are provided in the project proposal and are adhered to strictly, barring unforeseen technical complications.
No Physical Shipping
Most of our products are intangible. We do not ship physical CD-ROMs or boxes unless specifically requested and paid for by the client.
Hardware Shipping
If hardware is purchased, it will be shipped via local couriers (TCS/Leopards) with tracking provided.
International Clients
For clients outside Pakistan, all delivery is strictly digital via secure cloud portals.
Technical Requirements
Delivery assumes the client has the necessary hardware and internet connection to receive and run the software.
