These terms govern the use of our software and the provision of our IT services.
Acceptance
By purchasing our software or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
License Grant
Software is licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal business operations.
Intellectual Property
All source code, designs, and proprietary algorithms remain the intellectual property of ZA web and software solutions (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED unless a total IP transfer is explicitly signed.
Payment Terms
Standard projects require a 50% upfront payment, with the balance due upon completion/delivery.
Prohibited Use
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute our software without written authorization.
Liability Limitation
We are not liable for any data loss, profit loss, or business interruption resulting from the use of our software or services.
Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to maintain regular backups of their data. We are not responsible for data lost due to hardware failure or cyber-attacks.
Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on custom code to fix any bugs identified post-launch. This does not cover changes in third-party APIs or OS updates.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service or revoke licenses if the client breaches these terms or fails to make timely payments.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Khushab/Sargodha.
